How to pay
Credit Card
- Using credit card for payment is possible only through the online registration system.
- All service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- Actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard and JCB
Bank Transfer
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- Please check Remitter’s name. It must be same with the registrant’s name.
- If the remitter’s name is different from the registrant’s name, please notify the secretariat via e-mail(appes2022@on-comm.kr) attached with a copy of the transfer receipt.

Registration Confirmation
- Right after the completion of online registration, you will receive the letter of registration application confirmation by e-mail.
- Within 3 weeks upon making the full payment, you will receive the letter of registration completion by e-mail.
- If you have not received the email, please check the spam mailbox first and contact to secretariat (appes2022@on-comm.kr).
- You can check your registration info at ‘My page’ after logging in.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund will be accepted only in writing.
- Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
- All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
- Refunds will be made after the end of the conference.
